If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use Tapiie products or services.

Tapiie is not:

4. User Responsibility
The information displayed within a Tapiie profile is user-generated content.
The account holder or authorised profile manager is solely responsible for ensuring that all information entered into the platform is:

Complete
Lawful
Up to date
Authorised for upload
This includes but is not limited to:
Medical information
Allergies
Medication details
Emergency contacts
Uploaded documents
Personal information
Profile photographs
Care information
Users are responsible for reviewing and updating information regularly.
Tapiie shall not be responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, unauthorised, or omitted information.
5. Profiles Created for Other People
Users may create and manage profiles on behalf of:
Children
Dependants
Relatives
Patients
Individuals under their care
By doing so, users confirm that they have the appropriate authority, consent, parental responsibility, legal authority, safeguarding authority, or lawful basis required to upload, manage, store, process, or share information relating to another individual.
The user creating or managing the profile accepts full responsibility for:

Account access
Consent management
Compliance with applicable laws
6. Availability of Services
Access to profiles, websites, applications, notifications, SMS alerts, QR code functionality, NFC functionality, and online services depends on numerous external factors including:
